A kaupapa supporting safer, more respectful construction and infrastructure workplaces.

 

Guided by the Te Maru o Hine Framework, it empowers men to act as allies, prevent sexual harassment and uphold the mana and safety of wāhine. This initiative offers research- informed resources, training materials and practical tools to strengthen workplace culture.

Construction Diversity Roadmap Tool

This interactive tool helps construction and infrastructure businesses understand where they currently sit on their diversity and inclusion journey. It guides users through a series of tailored questions, highlights strengths and areas for growth, and provides practical next steps toward a more inclusive, equitable and supportive workplace.
